Fantastic friendly and affable staff, spotlessly clean deluxe apartment. Beachfront location, just a pleasant stroll away from an indoor family amusement center.

The hotel had the best possible and top location close to transport. It was very close to trams, the beach, the main shopping area of Surfer's Paradise, and all the restaurants.

Spotless units with a TV and great views

The hotel was in a beachfront setting close to everything yet away from the noise. the staff were immensely pleasant. - A microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were a big plus.

The service from the staff was outstanding. The staff made my stay a pleasure as they were extremely helpful. The location is perfect as it's central and the price was very reasonable.

Really enjoyed this very lovely stay for our holidays. Everything was nice, so were sweeping views of the ocean. Its location was beachfront, a short walk to a night club. Moreover, it was really close to a nightclub, restaurants & the mall and the beach and central Surfers Paradise...

The room here had really comfy beds and the staff were polite.

The staff were immensely pleasant, and the views of the ocean were absolutely fabulous. the standard apartment we stayed in was airy and bright, and the location of the hotel was great. You could easily walk to shops and retailers nearby.

It has excellent friendly employees. The room is impeccably clean and bright with a great bed.

The room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view, the staff was incredibly friendly, and having a shower, a dryer, and bath sheets were great amenities.

The hotel was perfect, I really enjoyed it, especially sea view. The standard apartment did n't seem appealing on photos but it was exceptionally clean. The staff was very responsive and extremely helpful and were more than helpful. The property had indeed the best possible location close to transport.

Close to beach, Uninterupted views of ocean, easy access, free undercover secure parking. Nice pool.

Old smelly carpets, cleaning average, cupboards had lots of dust and bugs. Quilt covers not changed ( smelly) General maintenance left too long. EG laundry door very hard to slide. Painting needed. Should ban smoking even on verandahs. Rooms not spotless but should be.

Cozy room with a comfy bed and amazing views 🌅. Perfect spot just a short 10-15 minute stroll from Cavill Mall.

great location close to everything its right on the beach and 5 min walk to main shops . staff were very nice and helpful , i arrived well early but their was no problem with early check in. apartment was clean , comfy with beach views .

foxtel had limited channels but didnt really come for the tv

Rooms were lovely, staff helpful regarding local activities and transport. Location amazing - panoramic ocean views! Staff excellent with late flights and storing luggage etc.
